Well the diet consists mostly of protein, fiber drinks, fruits and veggies. Pretty standard issue, as far as I'm concerned. Eggs in the morning (2 eggs, 1 yolk), fiber drink late morining, spinach salad and chicken or turkey breast for lunch, veggie or almond snack in the afternoon and chicken/turkey with veggie for dinner. Nothing exciting, but it seems to be working for me :-)

SO...I'm going one "meal" at a time, one day at a time and one pound at a time. That's my plan for now...
