Hey, Richard...
Well the diet consists mostly of protein, fiber drinks, fruits and veggies. Pretty standard issue, as far as I'm concerned. Eggs in the morning (2 eggs, 1 yolk), fiber drink late morining, spinach salad and chicken or turkey breast for lunch, veggie or almond snack in the afternoon and chicken/turkey with veggie for dinner. Nothing exciting, but it seems to be working for me :-)
How about you? Any great "loss" secrets???

Thanks, Ivie! I'm hoping for another great week! I had a bit of a mental stumbling block this morning, though...my husband got on the scale I've been using, and said,"This can't be right!", he moved the scale to a different part of the bathroom floor, and it made like a 9 pound difference! 9 pounds UP! So, I'm trying not to let that get in my way! I'm just going to keep the scale where I had it, when I weigh in...so its as "controlled" as an environment can be!

My Game Plan?? Well I'm finally, after many battles, just taking this one day at a time. My biggest challenge is not eating, so I've brought my metabolism to a screeching hault. Basically most of what I DO eat, ends up directly on my behind, so I'm working on focusing more on eating. I would usually go until about 12 or 1 in the afternoon, before I had anything to eat.
SO...I'm going one "meal" at a time, one day at a time and one pound at a time. That's my plan for now...
